Francisco Gil Sánchez, founder of Gilsan, started his professional path back in 1968 with a taxi. After making great efforts and taking care of his business, his company got registered as a road passenger transport service.

Nowadays, Gilsan is a well-known company in the field. The original philosophy is still present these days. Raúl Gil and Antonio Gil have strengthened the company, dealing with over a 1000 groups per year.

Now, Raúl Gil is at the front of UNIBUS, the Association for entrepreneurs in the coach industry in Jaén. And Gilsan has a fleet of 38 buses, after buying the Sevillian company of San Cristóbal. Great part of the company goes into international routes, extended over almost all Europe and north Africa. We also are tour operators, focusing on tourism, and specialized in the Latin American market with Tourofertas, a travel agency.

The Gilsan wanted to take the next step, leave traditional tourism behind and bet on new technologies investing, and being main shareholders, in a startup with international projection, a booking marketplace of ecotourism and active tourism activities around the world: Nattule.

Its philosophy on sustainability have made them quickly gain all ISO standards and achieve the Q on tourist quality. All of this have made them invest on more sustainable coaches.

Also, in 2016, they’ve got the public concession of the Leisure and Active Tourism Center El Tranco, betting on another way of transport 100% run with renewable energy, with the solar boat in Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park. The facilities have a restaurant with exceptional views to the Tranco reservoir, several terraces, a cafe, an assembly hall, a zip-line and a dock with an incredible offer of water activities.

Going back to the world of coaches, Gilsan offers from regular to international routes and services. Giving service in Spain and in almost all Europe, with daily movement and committing to set schedules, with unbeatable prices.
